Kouvre is the AI agent for restaurants. Independent owners text it like an employee and it runs the business for them: promos, menus, prices, reviews, their website, all across UberEats, DoorDash, and Skip at once. No dashboards, no second job. It's already working. One BOGO at a Montreal restaurant, launched by a single text, lifted UberEats revenue by 1,000% on a slow Tuesday. "And I wasn't managing any of it," the owner said.

As our Founding Head of Sales, you build the engine that gets Kouvre into restaurants across the city and beyond. You're our first dedicated salesperson. In phase one you are sales: in the door, at the counter, closing owners yourself, then turning what works into a playbook and a team.

The Mission

  • For the restaurant: Meet owners where they are: busy, skeptical, burned by software before. Show them in plain terms that Kouvre makes them money with zero work. We come set them up at their restaurant, and they only pay when it pays them.
  • For the company: Turn live proof into a repeatable, scalable motion. You find what closes, write it down, and build the team that runs it.

What You'll Build

  • The motion: The repeatable path from a cold owner to a paying, set-up restaurant: outreach, the in-person pitch, the close.
  • The pipeline: How we find and prioritize restaurants worth our time, starting in Montreal.
  • The story that closes: The words, demos, and proof points that turn skepticism into a yes, built from real owner conversations, not a script handed down.
  • The proof loop: Tight feedback to the founder and product on what owners actually object to and want.
  • The team: As we grow, you hire and lead the reps behind you and set the standard for how Kouvre sells.

What We're Looking For

  • A closer: You've personally sold and closed, ideally to SMBs or restaurants and hospitality. You own a number and get in the door yourself.
  • Owner empathy: You talk to a chef or owner like a peer. Restaurant or hospitality experience is a big plus.
  • Builder, not just seller: You want to design the motion and the team, not inherit a script.
  • Hustle and grit: First-rep energy. You'll knock on doors, take the no's, and find the yes.
  • Honest: We sell something that works and only charge when it pays. You'd rather earn trust than oversell.
